It is our great pleasure to inform you that application for Erasmus+ Scholarship is open for all eligible candidates. This scholarship program is intended to promote cultural exchange among the European and the Nepalese Higher Education Institutions.
Eligibility:

Must have passed all subjects of Apex MBA with minimum CGPA 3.0 in the trimesters completed. As per the requirement of University of Padua, students to be in their running session, hence students of 5th and 6th trimesters (MBA) and 7th and 8th trimesters (MBAEP) will be eligible to apply for Spring Term 2025 (classes from 27 February 2025 to 17 June 2025).

Must hold the valid passport having expiry date till the completion of the course and adhered to international mobility rules of the host country (e.g. Covid-19 vaccination certificate).

The criterion for selection will be Academic Merit, however, with equivalent academic level, preference should be given to candidates from less advantaged socio-economic backgrounds.
Duration of the Call:
● Applicants must submit their application forms along with all required documents not later than September 13, 2024. Students can collect application forms from administrative office of Graduate Program at Apex College.
Information on host university:
● The selected students will be studying one semester (6 months) in University of Padua, Italy.
Number of scholarships available:
● Apex College will be allowing 2 (two) students to study during the Spring term – 2025 (classes from 27 February 2025 to 17 June 2025).
Study areas/courses available:
● Selected Erasmus+ students may choose any course offered by the University of Padua – provided that this has been agreed with the home/host institution through the Learning Agreement. The list of courses is available in the website of University of Padua.
Financial Support
● Students going to Padua, Italy from Partner Countries will receive 850 EUR/month to cover their subsistence costs.
● Students will receive top-up amounts to support them in covering their travel costs, based on the travel distance per participant. (KTM – ITALY (6573Km) – Euro 820.00)
